1. If i am a startup brand can i partner without doing the full day intensive program?
No. All start up brands must do the full day intensive program or the 2 day design program. These intensive days are going to help you.
2. I am an established brand and just want to change my manufacturing over to you do i have to do the intensive program?
No, you do not need to. The intensive program is designed for start up brands to give them a complete understanding of starting a fashion label.
3. Can i do the intensive program and then decide not to join the partnership
Absolutely. There is no lock in to sign up to a partnership if you do the intensive program.
4. Can I sign up to the partnership for a limited time period and then pause the partnership if I only want to produce for certain times a year?
Once you sign up as a partner your lock in contract is a minimum of 3 months. If you decide to cancel your partnership and repartner again we can’t guarantee there would be a partnership spot available and you may have to join the waitlist.
5. Why do i have to pay a monthly partnership fee?
Our monthly fee is in place to not only secure your place but to also make sure that our seamstresses are still receiving their monthly wage regardless even if there are no orders coming through. Also included in this fee is the privilege of these benefits listed below.

6. How come there is a waitlist for partnerships?
We have capped our partnerships to limited spaces to keep in line with the values and ethos we believe in and provide for our brands.
7. I don’t want to partner but i would love to source tags, labels, trimmings or embellishments through you
Yes you can absolutely source these through us please email hello@ttkcollective.com.au to get a quote. Please make sure you have all your dimensions and artwork in AI. file ready to send through for swing tags.
8. Do you offer brand / design coaching as a service without a partnership?
This is dependent on availability and what coaching package you would want. Please email us at hello@ttkcollective.com.au and we can discuss your needs and what options are available.
9. I'm thinking of starting my own fashion label but would love more information if this is something I would want to pursue before doing the intensive.

10. Can i send you photos of garments to make a sample from?
No. Full spec sheets with measurements must to be provided for every garment before going to sampling process. You can provide photos or pictures with your spec sheet. The more information and details you provide us the better.
11. I don’t have a fashion design background. Can you assist with my designs?
Yes we have a designer who can help with your ideas and get them onto spec sheets however there is an additional fee for designer services.
