Putting people and the planet first: Our ethical supply chain
At TTK Collective, ethical manufacturing is not a marketing statement — it’s a practical, ongoing commitment built through long-term relationships and hands-on involvement.
We work closely with a small number of trusted production partners across Vietnam, Bangladesh, and China. These partners are an extension of our team, and we collaborate with them directly to ensure responsible working conditions, transparent processes, and consistent quality at every stage of production.
Relationship-Led Manufacturing
Rather than working with large-scale, anonymous factories, we prioritise smaller production environments where we can maintain oversight, communication, and accountability.
Our approach allows us to:
Maintain fair and respectful working relationships
Support safe working environments
Ensure realistic timelines and quality control
Work collaboratively to solve issues as they arise
By keeping our production network intentionally small, we’re able to support ethical practices in a meaningful, hands-on way.
Ethical Standards in Practice
We work with production partners who align with our values around:
Fair wages and ethical employment
Safe and respectful working conditions
Transparent business practices
Responsible sourcing and production methods
These standards are upheld through ongoing communication, regular reviews, and long-term collaboration — not one-off audits or surface-level checks.
Transparency & Accountability
We believe transparency is essential for both brands and consumers. While every supply chain is complex, we aim to be clear and honest about how products are developed and manufactured.
Our role is to guide brands through the realities of production — helping them understand processes, timelines, and costs so they can make informed decisions throughout development and manufacturing.
On-the-Ground Involvement
We maintain close relationships with our production teams and make it a priority to visit our facilities regularly. These visits allow us to:
Build strong working relationships
Maintain quality and production standards
Support ethical labour practices
Continuously improve processes
Being present matters — it keeps communication open, strengthens trust, and ensures the standards we expect are consistently upheld.
A Responsible Approach to Production
Our manufacturing model is built around thoughtful development, small-batch production, and long-term partnerships. This approach supports both the people involved in making the garments and the brands building them.
We don’t believe ethical manufacturing is about perfection — it’s about responsibility, transparency, and continual improvement.
